message from rhs principal eric turman
"I had a good friend tell me that life is about memories. When all is said and done, it won’t matter how much money you made, all the job titles you had. But what will matter is the impact you had on people while you were here. Tonight, let’s focus on the word perseverance. Webster’s definition is a continued effort to do or achieve something despite difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement. When I think of those words, I automatically go to the situations that have come across my desk this year and how I have watched students persevere through some of the toughest of situations. The students at RHS never stop amazing me with their courage, grit and determination. Class of 2016, I wish all of you the best of luck in all of your future endeavors. Remember, give back to those who may need you to raise them up and never forget those who helped you."
